Refund and Returns Policy

At GoVitam, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we are happy to accept returns under the following conditions:

Return Period:
You may return any item within 180 days of the purchase date.

Return Conditions:

• Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, with all packaging intact.

How to Initiate a Return:

1. Contact our customer service at support@govitam.shop to request a return.
2. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to send the item back.
3. Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refund Process:
If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Refunds may take a few days to reflect in your account depending on your bank or credit card issuer.

No Restocking Fee:
We do not charge any restocking fees on returned items.

Exchanges:
If you would like to exchange your item for a different product, simply return the original item and place a new order.
