Refund and Returns Policy
Warranty Coverage
All products purchased from GoVitam come with a FREE replacement/refund warranty for 180 days from the date of purchase. This warranty covers items that arrive in a physically damaged condition, have missing parts or accessories, are defective, or significantly differ from the product description.
Eligibility for Refund
To be eligible for a return and refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be returned in its original packaging.
- If returning a damaged item, ensure proper packing to prevent further damage during shipment. Restoking is free on the return shipment.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your purchase does not match the description, is defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will work promptly to resolve the issue either by sending a replacement or arranging for the correct item to be delivered.
For defective or faulty products, please take photos or videos demonstrating the issue and email them to support@govitam.shop. We will initiate a replacement or refund after confirming the issue.
Exclusions
Please note that our warranty policy does not cover:
- Misuse, accidental damage, water damage, or any abuse of the product.
- Products where the warranty period of 180 days has expired.
Returns Process

Request Authorization: Contact us at support@govitam.shop to request a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Include a detailed reason for return and photos or videos supporting your claim.

Receive Authorization: Upon approval, you will receive the RA# and the address of the nearest warehouse where you can send the product.

Ship the Product: Use a trackable shipping service to return the item. We are not responsible for lost or missing packages. Ensure the item is marked as a gift to avoid customs fees on return.

Refund Process: Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment. You will receive a refund receipt via email and refund will be credited in your account in 7 days.
Partial Refunds and Late Refunds
There are circumstances where only partial refunds may be granted, such as missing parts or late refunds. If you haven’t received a refund after it has been confirmed, please first check your bank account and then contact your credit card company or bank.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at support@govitam.shop.
Order Cancellation
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you wish to cancel your order before it has been processed or shipped, a 10% cancellation fee will apply. This fee covers administrative costs and credit card refund charges. Please note, we do not charge any restocking fees.
Invalid Reasons for Refund
Please note that buyer's remorse (e.g., incorrect color, size, or model ordered) is not eligible for a refund. Buyers are encouraged to review their purchases carefully before completing the order.
